We invest heavily in training and all our engineers are updated regularly on the latest techniques and technologies. Finding the right engineer can frequently be a daunting task, especially in today's climate, but you can rely on Chilli to send the right engineer to do the job and in extreme cases our Director will attend, because Chilli operate with the ethos that all customers and every job large or small are important, therefore in extreme cases if an engineer is not available our Directors are still hands on and will attend site. Chilli has a long-standing reputation for being trustworthy and efficient with highly skilled engineers and you only need to call the one company, be it heating or refrigeration etc.

Chilli Warranty For Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Installations

Chilli commissioning reports provide a detailed record of the original status of the plant, which is essential for future routine maintenance and trouble free operation. Standard Manufacturer's Warranty terms provide free of charge replacement of defective parts and labour for the First Year only; and parts only for the 2nd & 3rd Years. When the equipment is installed, commissioned and routinely maintained by Chilli, under a Service/Maintenance Agreement, then the warranty terms will cover both parts and labour for the full Warranty Period of the particular manufacturer.

Regular routine servicing by Chilli Engineers ensures trouble free operation and optimum efficiency. The frequency of the visits is variable, dependent upon the equipment type, usage and environmental conditions. Annual service agreements are available on all Chilli installations to meet individual requirements.
